UnlimitedVEO.com provides an AI-powered video generation service that enables users to:
- Generate videos from text prompts using VEO3 technology
- Create videos with audio integration
- Batch process multiple video generation requests
- Download generated videos in 1080p resolution
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Trial Period
We offer a 1-day trial for $1.00. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly plan unless cancelled.
4.2 Monthly Subscription
The monthly subscription is billed at $199.00 per month. Payment is processed automatically on your billing date.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4.4 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of services and costs incurred upon activation, we do not offer refunds on trial fees or monthly subscription fees. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- Services are provisioned and costs are incurred immediately upon purchase
- You have access to unlimited video generation from the moment of activation
- Resources are allocated to your account upon payment
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription

5. "Unlimited" Usage and Fair Use Policy
5.1 Fair Use Definition
Unlimited usage is intended for reasonable business and personal use. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse, including but not limited to:

- Automated or bot-driven excessive usage patterns
- Activities that degrade service performance for other users
- Circumventing usage limits or technical restrictions
5.2 Usage Limits
While we don't impose hard limits, typical usage parameters include:
- Queue processing is subject to available capacity
- Generation speed varies based on system load
- Extremely high usage may trigger review for compliance
5.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or limit access to users who violate the Fair Use Policy after providing reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our service to create content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing material
- Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
- Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content
- Includes deepfakes or misleading impersonations without consent

Generation times (e.g., "1 hour of clips in 2 hours") are estimates only and may vary based on:

9. Disclaimers and Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose

10. Limitation of Liability
